Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe
Ingredients:
250 grams butter softened
1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp coffee oil
2 cups flour
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chip
1/4 cup chocolate powder (optional)
Methods:
Sift flour, ground almond, chocolate powder and baking powder.
Beat butter and sugar until light. Add in egg, coffee oil and vanilla essence.
Stir in sifted ingredient and mix using folding method. Add in chocolate chip.
Put dough in a piping bag.
Pipe dough (about 1.5cm diameter), spaced slightly apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 - 25 mins.
